- Your Room Number
- Device Affected (serial number if visible)
- As much information as possible regarding the issue (dates, times, what caused the issue?)
All staff members share the same login, so please be specific as to what your IT issue is, and who you are.
Login credentials to the HelpDesk were emailed to all staff on 2/15/18.
